Sounds like they are really trying to push going to college. The free child care for parents going to college would do wonders! If they do start up a free transporation thing, that may allow student housing. Is this guy able to actually make those changes?
These are ways in which we can improve the city of Kokomo through Economic Development. I believe that we have a good plan that if implemented will do wonders for our city and its citizens.
