Eventful Days
As the end of January is approaching, I am happy to say that I have been keeping a good workout schedule for almost a month now. Granted, this is small when compared with others but I feel great, I have more energy, and I'm able to get through these long days so much easier. Thanks to everyone for their continued support! It's gonna happen!
I've had a pretty eventful couple of days so this should be a long post. I was especially happy to get the chance to have lunch with my mom for the second week in a row. Instead of Italian, we went with Mexican this week. It also gives me the chance to hear what's on her mind for an hour. After all, the best advice she ever gave me was, "Kyle! Shut up. You talk way too much!" Representin' the MLK speech there. Oh yeah!
The night was good too because we finally got to play some basketball. I was a little dissappointed in my outside shooting though. I haven't been able to get into a rythym lately. I don't think that I'm following the BEEF technique. Ben, you know what I'm talkin' about. I did sit the last game out because my lower back started acting up. I don't know why. I think I'll be cashing in my masage gift certificate soon to solve that problem.
Today was mostly just wrapping up classes for the week. Not bad to have the weekend start at 11:15 AM after your last class on Thursday. Good news on the Education front. I might get the chance to do some research with one of my professors in the near future. I'm looking forward to the challenge.
Well, I am off! This weekend will be dedicated to my good buddy Zach turning 21 and the very first performance of "Scooter Thomas Makes It To The Top Of The World." I will be playing Scooter and my bud Josh will be playing his friend Dennis. Hopefully we can break for nationals. I'll keep ya posted!
